Archetypes serve as identity shorthand — memorable labels that people identify with and share. Like MBTI or CliftonStrengths, the archetype creates a cultural artifact.

Every archetype is positive. Every archetype has clear strengths AND blind spots. Every archetype can evolve.

Archetype Evolution

Archetypes are not permanent. As skills develop, archetypes can shift:

Team View (Enterprise)

Core principle: Complementarity Over Uniformity. A team with 10 Catalysts is weaker than a balanced team. We measure team BALANCE, not average scores.

Team report includes: archetype distribution, dimension coverage, gap analysis, team role assignment (AI Scout, AI Builder, AI Creator, AI Guardian, AI Bridge), and contextual strengths.
