1. Output Tiers — Free vs Paid
FREE Tier (Spark Profile)
Duration: 5–10 minutes · Method: 25 forced-choice items (Layer 1 only)
| Element | What You Get |
| Archetype | Full assignment (e.g., “AI Architect”) |
| Top 3 Superpowers | Relative bars (visual comparison, no absolute numbers) |
| Growth Edge | 1 sentence identifying your biggest development opportunity |
| Best Percentile | Your most impressive ranking (see Section 3 — Best Percentile Algorithm) |
| AI Potential | Forward-looking score showing growth ceiling (see Section 3) |
| Shareable Card | Adaptive — card layout changes based on where you land (see Section 2) |
| Modes | Not included — upgrade trigger |
| Score (0–100) | Shown only for TOP 20% — otherwise upgrade trigger |
| Learning Path | Not included — upgrade trigger |
Design principle: Even the free output must be something people want to post on LinkedIn. The card adapts to each user — top performers share their rank, everyone else shares their identity and potential. Nobody gets a card they’d be embarrassed to post.
PAID Tier (Full Profile)
Duration: 25–35 minutes · Method: 25 forced-choice items + AI adaptive conversation (Layer 1 + 2)
| Element | What You Get (on top of FREE) |
| Superpowered Score | 0–100, always shown in paid tier (report + card) |
| AI Potential | Growth ceiling score — always shown alongside current score |
| Certificate / Badge | Verified, with score, framework version, verification link |
| Full Report (PDF) | 6-page detailed breakdown (see Section 4) |
| All 5 Superpowers | Radar chart + all 20 sub-competencies |
| 4 Modes Profile | Distribution across all modes |
| Learning Path | 3 personalized next steps |
| Industry Benchmark | How you compare within your field and role |
| Progress Timeline | Score evolution if re-assessed |
2. Shareable Cards — Adaptive Design
After completing the assessment, users receive a shareable card. All cards are generated in two formats:
- 1200×630 — Open Graph / LinkedIn / Twitter
- 1080×1080 — Instagram / square format
Core Principle: Adaptive Display
The card layout changes based on where the user lands. The algorithm picks the most flattering framing automatically.
| User Tier | Card Emphasizes | Card Hides |
| Top 10% | “AI ELITE” badge + best percentile + score + archetype | AI Potential (not needed) |
| Top 20% | “TOP X%” badge + archetype + score | AI Potential (not needed) |
| Top 50% | Archetype + top superpowers + AI Potential | Percentile, raw score |
| Below 50% | Archetype + top superpowers + AI Potential + growth edge | Percentile, raw score |
Result: Nobody gets a card they’d be embarrassed to share. Top performers flex their rank, everyone else flexes their identity and potential.
Card A: Identity Card (Default)
The go-to card for most users. Layout adapts based on tier.

3. Scoring Visibility — Adaptive Display System
Adaptive Display Logic
The assessment always calculates the full Superpowered Score (0–100). But what the user sees depends on where they land.
| Element | Top 10% | Top 20% | Top 50% | Below 50% |

| Top 3 Superpowers | Visual bars | Visual bars | Visual bars | Visual bars |
| Growth edge | Optional | Optional | ✓ 1 sentence | ✓ 1 sentence |
In paid report: All elements always shown regardless of tier.
AI Potential
What it is: A forward-looking score (0–100) that represents the user’s growth ceiling — how high they could realistically score based on their mindset patterns, learning velocity, and the gap between self-perception and current execution.
Why it exists: A person with a score of 43 and an AI Potential of 91 doesn’t feel like a failure. They feel like they have untapped superpowers. This reframes low scores from “you’re bad at AI” to “you have enormous room to grow.”
How it’s calculated:
AI Potential = min(100, weighted_average(
Mindset_Index * 1.4, // High mindset = high ceiling
Learning_Velocity * 1.2, // Fast learners have more headroom
Strongest_Dimension * 1.1, // Your peak shows what's possible
100 - Consistency_Gap * 0.5 // Self-awareness gap = coaching opportunity
))
Key inputs:
- Mindset Index — someone with high curiosity and openness but low current skills has very high potential
- Learning Velocity — inferred from how quickly patterns are adopted (Layer 2)
- Peak Dimension — your strongest superpower hints at how high you can go elsewhere
- Self-Perception Gap — large gap between Layer 1 (self-report) and Layer 2 (demonstrated) means potential, not delusion, if mindset is strong
Display rules:
- AI Potential is always ≥ current score (by definition)
- Shown on free card for users below top 20% (replaces percentile as the motivating element)
- Shown in all paid reports alongside the score
- Not shown for top 20% — their actual score IS their flex
Best Percentile Algorithm
Instead of showing one overall percentile (which is embarrassing if you’re average), the algorithm finds the single most impressive ranking across multiple dimensions — the “Spotify Wrapped” approach.
| Dimension | Example Output |
| Overall | “Top 8% of all professionals” |
| By Archetype | “Top 3% among AI Architects” |
| By Industry / Domain | “Top 5% in Finance” |
| By Superpower | “#1 in Super Perception among Marketing professionals” |
| By Role / Seniority | “Top 11% among Team Leaders” |
Algorithm:
- Calculate user’s percentile in each available dimension
- Pick the dimension where they rank highest (lowest percentile number = most impressive)
- Display that on the card as the “hero stat”
- Minimum threshold: only show if user is in top 30% of at least one dimension
Why this works: Someone overall average (top 45%) might be top 7% among AI Builders in Marketing. Almost everyone has at least one dimension where they stand out. Creates multiple viral moments — different people share different stats.
Fallback: If the user doesn’t rank in the top 30% in ANY dimension, the Best Percentile stat is omitted and the card relies entirely on Archetype + AI Potential.
Why Adaptive (Not Static)
- Low scores discourage sharing — and sharing IS the growth engine
- AI Potential reframes everything — “43 → 91” is aspirational, not embarrassing
- Best Percentile guarantees a win — everyone has SOMETHING they’re best at
- Top performers get exclusivity — “AI Elite” and “Top X%” badges reward high scorers
- Creates upgrade incentive — below top 20%, the full numeric score is revealed only in the paid report

6. Quarterly Cycle & Gamification
Framework Versioning
The framework updates every quarter to stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
| Version | Period | Example Changes |
| 2026/Q1 | Jan–Mar 2026 | Launch version |
| 2026/Q2 | Apr–Jun 2026 | New agentic workflow questions, updated benchmarks |
| 2026/Q3 | Jul–Sep 2026 | New skills (e.g., AI Video Production), recalibrated norms |
| 2026/Q4 | Oct–Dec 2026 | Year-end special: “Wrapped” card, annual benchmark |
What Updates Each Quarter
| Component | Quarterly Change |
| Questions | ~20% of items refresh (new tools, new use cases, retired questions) |
| Benchmarks | Normative data recalculated from all assessments in the quarter |
| Skills taxonomy | New sub-skills added if a major category emerges |
| Archetypes | Stable — only updated annually if research warrants |
| Score weights | Stable — only updated with published rationale |
Motivation to Re-Assess
The quarterly cycle creates three motivations:
- Track your growth: “My score went from 52 to 67 — I’m actually getting better”
- Stay current: “The Q2 version includes agentic workflows I’ve been learning”
- Maintain your credential: “My profile says 2026/Q1 — I want it to show Q2”
Progress Timeline
Users who take the assessment multiple times see their evolution:

│
2026/Q1 ──●── AI Navigator (Score: 67) ↑15
│ "Biggest jump: Super Integration +22"
│
2026/Q2 ──○── Take your Q2 assessment →
Streak System
Inspired by Duolingo — but for professional development.
| Streak | Badge | Meaning |
| 2 quarters in a row | Consistent | “You’re tracking your AI growth” |
| 4 quarters (full year) | Dedicated | “A full year of AI development” |
| 6+ quarters | Streak Champion | Counter displayed (e.g., “🔥 6”) |
Streak benefits:
- Visual badge on profile and shareable cards
- Bonus content unlocked at milestones (e.g., “Your Year in AI” at 4Q)
- Streak counter visible on public card (subtle social proof)
